Coconut Lemonade from Gregory Gourdet’s Everyone’s

- Coconut milk (canned)
- Lemon juice
- Maple syrup
- Salt
- Garnish: lemon slices, mint leaves
Equipment: whisk, big spoon
Me: It was coconut-y in a natural
way. Lemon-y but not sour, creamy but not oily. I was expecting it to be thicker
than it ended up being, so I was glad to have been proven wrong.
GJ: This was really good. It was
the kind of tangy and creamy that works, like sherbert. Just the right amount
of sweetness too.
Another Round? Yep, a daily for both of us.
